Your employees sit around talking when they ought to be trying to help people that's in the store. Is also very disrespectful when you call about a certain product and they put you on hold and tell you they be right back no longer than 2 minutes and never returned to the phone. So some of your employees are not really loyal workers.

first time to ever shop at Belk. they were having some big sales and I got some really nice shirts at a great price. Store seemed understaffed, and all of the areas were cluttered with piles of unfolded clothes, I assume from shoppers. We had to go all the way to the opposite side of the store to find someone that could check us out, and there was a very slow moving line with only one cashier.

It's a great place to once you go inside but if you're blackmale or woman you always being watched like you going to steal something and I always shop there for men's cologne for me but every time I leave, I have the sensation that I don't belong there.

Filthy store, urine stained carpets? Uppity staff looks and acts like they sip vinegar all day. Maybe that is what stains every square inch of this biohazard. Go to target, it is next door and cleaner.

Mrs. KAY at clinque is the best and Mrs. Susan on the Estee Lauder counter is the whole reason I will drive further to get to this belk. They are the BEST!!!

The manager in shoes went above and beyond to assist me with my choices. She was so very helpful!! Though there are a few Belks stores closer to my home because of her customer service alone, I will be back!!

Never more than one or 2 cashiers. Very SLOW but kind and helpful. You need more cashiers all the time. There us always a long wait to check out, even in the middle of the week in the middle of the day.

As soon as I entered the store, I asked for directions to the Clinique counter as I was in a hurry and was greeted by a friendly associate who guided me with a smile. Purchase was fast and also with a smile.
