I had a very disappointing experience with Tiffany. I contacted her to set up a payment arrangement, and her tone was extremely rude and dismissive the entire time. It felt like she didn’t care at all about helping me or even listening to why I needed the arrangement. I’ve only ever had to make two arrangements, and both were because I changed jobs—otherwise, I pay every month on time with no issues.
Now that I’m trying to get my tags, I simply needed a little help, and instead I was met with attitude and disrespect. There was no reason for her to speak to me the way she did, especially when I’ve been consistent and responsible with my payments. Very unprofessional and unnecessary.

We went into looking for a car with one thing in mind, when we couldn’t get the car we were hoping for our sales guy Joshua stepped up and worked with us to find something that worked for our budget and needs, we will definitely be returning in the future for any other cars

Ms. Kelly is amazing. We had an issue getting our transmission fixed. She helped us resolve the issue and helped us get it done in a timely manner. Absolutely love her ❤️ (most of the staff there are amazing).

Ok, shout out to Mrs Kelly( service manager).
Back story, Mrs Kelly went through a lot to help me with my 2013 ford escape! Less than 2 weeks after getting the vehicle and all, the transmission went out, Mrs Kelly helped with transmission and headlights,we fought tooth and nail to get my vehicle back, little did she know she would be off before all this happened,due to medical emergency. She still came back even after that and helped me tremendously in more way than I can count. Shoutout to Mr Seth as well,excellent customer service service from him and helping me out with vehicle financing.
Also shout out to Mr Deshawn who was helpful by waiving the Warranty fee and trying to resolve issues, even though we had a rough going at first,he will do whatever he can to help. Thank you guys for the help on payments and making it right!

That was amazing and I enjoyed the time the life experiences with Bae and I was able to get pre-qualification online, called n i was approved. I got the car I wanted. Took it for a drive w/salesperson. I got the 2015 Nissan Altima and I love it. Thanks again for the best life experiences ever
