“I rented a vehicle on 1-23-25 and returned it on 1-28-25. Upon receiving the vehicle, we (me and the Enterprise representative) couldn't proper inspect the car due to ice all over the car. The car wasn't warmed up nor were the windows defrosted. After signing out the vehicle, the Enterprise representative retreated back into the building while I warmed up the car, including defrosting the windows. It was between 8:00 am and 8:30 am. The vehicle was a 2025 Chevrolet Malibu.”
