“Pro: they are honest!!! The other company tried gas lighting me. I booked the competitor online: a car, vw jettta or anything compact/small preferred. Called them ahead of time, and then they tried to tell me I booked an SUV.I walked to Hertz, asked for a car, and swapped my insurance rate over to Hertz and left with a car quickly, without hassle, and without liars trying to force me into a big suv.Cons: price was higher than competitor, car selection was not great, car cleanliness was mediocre, car had no apple car play.The fair shake:Car worked as expected, had good power and handling, and cold AC.”

The vehicle was clean, new and ready, as if it were expecting me. Brianna went over the agreement with clarity and made sure i understood the language before handing over the keys.
