I love the bank but every time I have an issue and have to talk to the manager Suzie, she's very rude. she over talks you and cut you off anytime you're trying to speak and twice she has hung up the phone abruptly before I could finish speaking. Good bank, but bad customer service

I love this branch! This is “my†branch. Even if I'm on the other side of town I drive to this one. It's like banking used to be where people know you! Suzy is wonderful! But please get the tellers a radio! It's too quiet! Lol!

I have always felt that this branch has been there for me whenever I or my family has needed them. Suzy, the branch manager, has been particularly outstanding. I prefer my banks small, but while Centennial grows and grows, it's my feeling that Suzy has my back that keeps me at Centennial.

Every time I go to this location with a simple question, the lady that runs this branch is rude. I've experienced her being rude in the drive thru and when I go inside. My boyfriend has also experienced her being rude for no reason. I've enjoyed being a centennial bank customer for many years, but thiswoman needs to go before customers start to leave because of her.
