About Cinemark Towne Centre and XD
Cinemark Towne Centre and XD provides an awesome movie experience with great sound, screen, and visuals. The theater is clean and the staff is fantastic, friendly, kind, professional, and prompt in handling situations. While concession prices are high, portion sizes are huge and mobile ordering is available. Some seats are noted as not very big or comfortable and can be ripped. The lobby claw machines are considered a weak waste of money. The theater can feel crowded due to its size, but it remains a popular choice for regular moviegoers.
I was ok until today when we went to watch a movie. I had no idea that just a cup of ice for my bottle water was an additional $7!! $7 FOR A CUP OF ICE!! While I still love coming to the movies here because I've never had a problem until today.

The theater is kept clean and staff are friendly. On several occasions we have skipped this theater in favor of the Little Rock location though. The seats in Conway just aren't as comfortable and the selection of movies is smaller. For longer movies and films you can't watch in Conway, it's worth the drive to LR.
