(stayed 1 weeknight, December 2023).Overall I had a great experience here. The Location is very convenient for highway travelers and the price for the quality of the room is very good.Rooms were very spacious and very clean and highway noise was minimal despite being right off an interstate.A full hot breakfast bar was unexpected for the price tier I paid, and a very welcome treat.

After my unsatisfactory experience trying to check in at the motel 6 across the street (don't stay there), Devin at Comfort Suites was able to accommodate my son and I beyond expectations. Devin was extremely polite, understanding, friendly and professional, he got us into a room right away. The breakfast was good and filling this morning, I didn't get the lady's name who set up breakfast but she was also friendly and hlgave great customer service if my son decides to attend college at Hendrix I will definitely stay here again.

Unfortunately, we had a room with bedbugs. Stopped to stay on our way to Florida from Colorado. After the stay, my wife felt sick, nauseous, so decided to stay another night, no improvement, so we decided to just come back home. She broke out with blistering and swelling on her arm. Yes, she had been bit by bedbugs. Vacation ruined!

Not sure where to start. Dirty carpets in the room.worn out curtains with holes, and more. Breakfast poorly stock, tables not cleaned between guests. Access to interstate is easy, but if I had it to do over I would have just avoided this hotel completely. Definitely, not what you expect from Comfort Suites.

It’s big motel enjoyed with gym and pool even FD accepted for late check out for 1pm. But the one cons they don’t have king suite room like 2 separate rooms. 1st day I stayed in Radisson it’s just behind comfort suites they have a big executive suites with 2 TVs in room. Overall you’ll deserve for breakfast with boiled egg and more. Finally the worst about room keys most of the choice hotels updating to tap keys. Wish I’ll see a tap key when I visit next time.

The room was clean. The shower is tall and has good temperature, but the pressure is weak. The fridge had major ice built up, indicating a worn seal. If you're on the back side, the highway noise is pretty loud. The wifi was terrible.Walkability: This part of Conway is not walkable!

I am a diamond member I've been staying here at the Comfort Suites in Conway every Wednesday for going on 2 years seems like every time I want to go swimming in the pool is closed the rooms are fairly decent could be better I think it's time for me to find another place to

Hotel needs a complete remodel. Should have left when I found a bug crawling between the sheets of the first room. Second room had no evidence of bugs but shades were broken, curtain's tattered, mildew on the curtains and the the chair was so stained it was disgusting. Truthfully - it should just be removed. Not to mention the interstate noise. Very disappointed in my stay and will never stay there agin. Choice Hotels - you should either remodel this hotel or close it down. And please don't say you're working to fix these issues because there are reviews of neglect go back many months. Just wish I had read them before my stay

Traveling through thought comfort Suites would be a nice place to stay . I was very disappointed. I am a diamond member that has stayed a many hotels over the years. This was not the quality I expect from comfort Suites. The room had a moldy smell, very dated furniture, bed was so worn Double pillow top was flat. Extra mattress pad was added which was worn, bed made my back hurt after 10 minutes. Hotel should be downgraded to a quality inn at best.

the hotel room door didn’t work had to go down 3 times got some help it worked when he switched the cards out but when opening the door it gets jammed and it take you abt 50 swipes until it wants to open. the bathroom toliet sometimes won’t flush. there is blood on the desk & wall. the hallway is musty. the air conditioner in the room barely works. so if u like all this stuff this is the place for you.

We read the reviews on here and also a hotel site. This hotel's reasonably priced for Monday night at about $90. It is clean quiet even though this is a freeway next to it and comfortable. It may be an older hotel but they keep it up well. Our room was gigantic, couch desk TV king size bed that was extremely comfortable. We didn't hear any noise in the hallways or outside of the hotel room. Plenty of parking that is well lit. Front staff desk on a Monday night at 8:30 we're awesome and quick. Shower had everything we needed towels were soft. We travel a lot in this hotel was great for the price.

The room was clean. However, overall it was a low quality experience. Minimal number of outlets to charge phones, very low quality hand soap. The bed was okay. It got the job down from a "sleep location" and that is about it. Overall, look for other options but if you had to stay here, it's fine.
