All i have to say is Rachel, thank you for being so kind and sweet and helpful. top tier customer service and it’s the next day…im still thinking about this call and how much her kind words impacted me. thank you Rachel, thank you conway corp

I have had their service for a year when I used to live in Conway. I'm moving today and although their internet was in and out sometimes their service has been great. Customer service representatives are very well trained and professional.

I don't know the best place to post this but I'd like to give Austin a big thumbs up. He recently came out and helped survey my yard for underground lines. And even when the issue did not pertain to him with ConwayCorp he still answered all of my questions and gave me his expertise and advice. Austin was very professional, curteous, and knowledgeable he definitely needs the recognition (and raise?) He derserves.

Last night, after the terrific storm, I was without internet. I tried to fix the situation until I realized it was my service. It was after 9 PM when I decided to call Conway Corp just in case there was actual Customer Service. To my surprise, an employee actually answered the phone immediately. She informed me there was a problem and they were working on it. I was amazed! She, herself, had no electricity, but she was there to help customers. Having spent 2 days trying to speak with someone at a nationwide warranty company without success, I was really impressed!

Conway corp loves to price gouge bc they know they can and that ppl have to use them in Conway. There should be no reason my electricity bill is constantly increasing like crazy if my usage has stayed the same.

This is poorest run operation I have ever seen sewer running for days and no one shows up after paying thousands of dollars myself to kept up with there problems but they do not want to reimburse.

The worst utility company anyone can be forced to use. They love to boast about their great service but it's anything but. Customer service is a joke save the sorries and just do better please.

They've really improved over the years. Used to be really unreliable internet but that has changed -- along with improvement in speeds. Would love to see more upload speed allowance, but I also understand it's difficult to manage the quality of the connection the more upstream they send out.Anyways, today I had a great call with the employee when figuring out what's going on with the internet service and realized I've never left a review so I decided to do that.

It doesn't make sense that our bills have practically doubled in price the last couple of months when we haven't been doing anything different. Used to love Conwaycorp and was one of the biggest reasons I didn't want to move out of Conway.

No staff person can ever answer specific questions nor claim they know whose calculating what resulting in the mysterious "POWER ADJUSTMENT"math for huge fees. Yet we never seem to see the ""reported credit "" in our billing.It seems there are more nafarious billing charges and nada ways to verify costs & on who and how they are coming up with these figures?Soon we will be charged for using the drive thru lane and drawer mechanics to pay the ridiculously high bills. IDK maybe I need to move where the conway folks say they don't pay high bills. Must just be @ certain sections of the city. ??Monopolizing utilities while delivering poor service, including the rude customer service is kool with Conway Corp. CC let you know they can do what they want. The consumer is stuck with whatever CC "SAYS" about your bill and then treat the consumer like a non factor "anytime" they get ready.CC is now joining the nation on their weaponizing weather agendas to jedi mind trick the people. There have been more major storms rolling thru here with NO OUTAGES, the utilities stay steady and on. Then these ((((reported)))) (((terribble)))) ice storms with no ice on a tree a fence a car nor a bush or a bridge. ? Just a few flakes of snow showed up for miles...and the outages were ridiculous yet that lack of service will never show up/reflect on your bill.No matter what a consumer is turning off or not using for utilities and or when no one is even at home at your house for long periods your bills are steady climbing higher.Note 1/30/23 : The standing water from the pervious rain days before the so called lack of evidence for ice storms. These folks performed major power outages, ruining one's family warmth and food.See the flakes of snow. That's not even frozen either.We are trapped in ......#ARealTymeMONOPOLYgame @ its finest & they make sure they are always winningagainst the ppl.?

If you don’t mind almost daily service outages for hours at a time…daytime, nighttime, anytime doesn’t seem to matter…Conway Corp Internet is the ISP for you! This is a complaint shared by family, neighbors and friends in Conway. Not a new problem either…think years.

Conway Corp use to be amazing. I think I can speak for a lot of people when I say over the past 2 months I have noticed ridiculous amount of increase on our bills with poor quality service. I really hope the company fix this

Use any other service besides this one. No your bill isn’t cheaper. Look at your statements. Your billed 13 times a year. 28 day billing period.
