Horrific office customer services.. will let u sat at desk waiting for help 15 min before one person will say sir someone will be with you or anything. Then u say um hello, they ignores u ... Sad customer service

Drove 3.5 hours to view item we are bidding on. Had to check in online and wait 15 mins and then was told my children couldn’t go in and I’d have to wait 30-60 minutes since they’re short-staffed. They told me that I would have to wait inside for that time as they would not call/text me. Terrible customer service.

Scheduling is the biggest pain. Chat help wrong and useless. Onsite person was not very helpful and not personable at all. If correct and all necessary information was easily available, I would have saved time
