Crain doesn't like to honor warranties. The kept my car for thirty days. When the issue only took a few minutes to reset. I will never buy another Hyundai again! Bad Service!

110% recommend. We weren’t pushed into any sales or intimidated unlike other businesses. We made all of the decisions and they listened to our needs & wants to find the perfect daily driver. The process took less than two hours from finding the perfect vehicle in the lot to driving off with a new car.

Wouldn't do business with them. JEFF DEAN lied straight to our faces. He said there was no credit score. After talking to the credit bureau, we found all to be a lie.

Very crooked! Made 16 hard inquiries for credit just to lower my score and give me a higher interest rate! Would NOT recommend financing through them! Go to the bank or a credit union. This place will rip you off on financing!

We went with friends. Walked in guy says hi and really nice...lol...yeah I know.
I told him we are not here to buy anything he says "Thats fine, youre in my house now! Coffee? Water?"
While I know hes a salesman Ive never heard any car dealer greet like that.
He was pretty awesome. Our friends got a good deal on a new car.
It was a good day!

We had our regular maintenance (oil change and tire rotation) performed on 7/22. My husband works out of town and he left out on 7/23. He parked the vehicle in the parking area and took a company vehicle for the next 2 weeks. He came back to an oil puddle under our Kona. He had to take it to a local place where he works and the oil cap was completely loose. During this same service, they informed me at 11:30 am, via text, that my service had begun. We went to check on it at 3:30 pm, only to be informed that they had actually just pulled it in and were about to begin. The previous service around April 25, they lost my keys which took an hour to find. The technician had them in his pocket while he took a long lunch. Every service since purchase has taken at least 5 or 6 hours from the appointment time to finish. The only reason I will give 2 stars is due to the red headed woman that works the service desk. My paperwork also seems to be lost every time I get my car serviced. She has been the one to make sure my keys were found, my car was found, and my paperwork was found each time. I have had my vehicle for 5 years and each service there has been some issue in that department.

This team has been amazing to me. I was searching for a 3 row vehicle and they got me in a new 3 row Santa FE! Going over details and signing documents was a breeze! John answered every question I had and still gets back with me if I need help with something. I was gonna pick the car up but they had it delivered to me instead! John made this a super easy process and I'm recommending Crain Hyundai of Conway to everyone I know looking for a car!

Jeffery Dean has been our salesman for the last 13 vehicles our family has purchased! He always did such an amazing job! He is so helpful and kind!
