I was sold a screen protector for my iPhone that covers the top speaker of the phone, so I could barely hear any of my phone calls. Like, why even sell that type of screen protector in the first place if it renders phone calls not over the speaker useless? Went to the Cricket in Heber; they were great and had the right product. The associates at this location are friendly, and that was the only positive aspect of the whole situation.

I went in to see if they could fix something, and they just told me to buy a new phone like it was that easy.... They were also just so rude to me and condescending. The lady actually huffed and rolled her eyes at me because I was confused. I have a lot on my plate and this just ruined my day. I understand if they are not able to do anything about it but they were so rude about my situation. They also lied saying the PUK was unlocked when my phone says different.. I've always talked good about my phone plan and carrier but now I am not so sure it's a good place to be.

The cricket store here in Conway Arkansas will not answer their phone whenever you try to call them about anything that has to do with your account etc !!!
