I had to wait 3 weeks to get a life prolonging medication. Their excuse was "other people get more than you and once they get theirs, there's none left to fill yours." I have a 90 day medication and sometimes they give me 30 days, sometimes 60, sometimes 90. I will be switching pharmacies.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I only use cvs because my insurance partners with them. I ordered my prescription a week ago and it's still not ready. I called the pharmacy to see when it would be ready & had to wait on hold for over 20 minutes before actually speaking to a pharmacist. I was told they are behind 8 days of worth of work, & that mine would take another 3 days.. I shouldn't have to wait weeks to get an essential prescription refilled. (& stopping this medicine can cause major problems & even thoughts of suicide) I ordered more a week before I ran out. I shouldn't have to go without, just because they can't get their shit together. thanks a lot cvs.

This cvs started out okay until we wanted to checkout there was this one employee who didn't even do her job she had red hair and she would just walk around and when you wanted to checkout she made everyone use self checkout because she didn't know how to do her job

You will wait and receive nothing but bored unconcerned Faces for hours. Then they will close for lunch and you might get one prescription filled in 3/4 of a business day. Horrible pharmacy drive to the nearest express RX. Or hit up a drug dealer on the street. These people have no interest in helping you.

If I could give this pharmacy no stars I would. Horrible. Started out great in the beginning to compete with Walgreens but tuned into a bust. Employees are careless and incompetent. I tried to renew my prescription at the pharmacy and once again they were out of my medication. I would of understood except they sent me a message inferring it was ready. Instead of telling me they were out of the medication they made me wait for an hour and told me I could use a coupon to pay. The pharmacy tech (short man with glasses and an attitude) disappeared and when I finally tracked him down he told me to wait again only to come back and tell me my coupon was not actually valid. If that weren't bad enough they then told me they did not have the medication at all. I could have easily had it refilled at another pharmacy but due to staff incompetence I had to leave town with out my meds. Don't waist your time at this circus!

I had my medicine called in at CVS LIKE I ALWAYS DO AND I use good RX to get my medication but today I went into CVS and I was advised that I couldn't use good RX because I have to use my insurance that I haven't had in months now because I was layoff work do to the virus and all the people at CVS were being rude when I was trying to explain why I even had my doctor on the phone trying to figure out something and my doctor even sent me a coupon issued for my pacific medication and that coupon would have dropped the price by a few hundred dollars and they still said couldn't use that coupon and I understand CVS coupon policy and the whole time have been using CVS and good RX I know that you can't use good RX with insurance you can only use one or the other but they refused to run my prescription as a cash transaction so I could use good RX so I'm writing this review to that I'm out four hundred and fifty dollars on my medicine and I'm layoff work so that was every last dime I had to my name to pay my bills and everything else when if they would have let me use good RX it would have only been a hundred and something dollars so with this I say I will never use CVS AGAIN AND I WILL NOT RECOMMEND CVS TO ANYONE thanks to everyone who takes time to read this review
