CVS, a well-known pharmacy chain, generally provides a positive experience for its customers. The pharmacy staff are described as helpful and friendly, efficiently handling prescription transfers and resolving potential fraud issues. Customers appreciate the care and attention they receive, with one sales associate, Jared, going above and beyond to make the shopping experience simple. However, some customers have expressed frustration with the pharmacy's limited hours and long wait times, as well as the lack of customer service at the front of the store. Overall, CVS seems to offer a mixed experience, with strengths in its pharmacy services but potential room for improvement in its operational efficiency and customer service.
Extremely slow and they never have our prescription amount correct. Waited today for over 30 minutes because only one person was able to make corrections to the amount. After 30 minutes we left and we are changing our pharmacy.

The pharmacy is awful! The staff are rude. The lines are ridiculous. Takes forever to fill a prescription. Sent me a message saying they were working on my script, went up there, and they said another 30 minutes. They close for lunch. Seriously? They can’t take turns like normal businesses?

There automated system is inaccurate, it told me that my meds are needing my Doctors approval, and when I go to store they fill my prescription, so please fix it to where I can talk to a pharmacist.
