If I could give 0 stars I would. As you can see from the nothing but one star reviews for the last year, you would be better off trying to wish upon a star for your medication than to come to this cvs. The staff (if you can bother calling them that) are incompetent and not helpful whatsoever. This location should be closed and everybody’s prescriptions moved elsewhere until cvs can competently staff it to the point of patients basic needs being met. Today I asked to have my medication moved to another pharmacy while in the store picking up and I was ignored completely at first but after I asked a second time I was told by the only very rude employee that I needed to call on the phone…….i shouldn’t have to call you if I’m already talking to you. And who the hell am I gonna call? Judging from every review for the past year and my personal experience in the, I’d be calling nobody. She proceeded to take extreme offense when I asked what I should do in the event nobody answers the phone.

I keep getting texts that my meds are ready for pick-up and when I get there they are closed during the hours they are posted to be open. No one shows up for work. People need their meds to live. You are risking lives. It used to be a good place with caring and efficient staff , not anymore.

Would give a negative score if that were an option. Actually, that might even be too generous. This particular location offers a disturbing glimpse into the core of all that is wrong with human civilization. Avoid unless you're into burning up your time while you wait for what passes as customer service here, which basically amounts to being informed in a condescending tone that they can't/won't do the one thing they're there to do. If that's the case then knock yourself out.

Definitely the worst CVS I have dealt with. Prescriptions never ready. I get a new reason every month. Unprofessional employees. Pharmacist questioning why I would see a doctor in Fayetteville and not local. If I could switch to a different pharmacy I would, however my insurance will only allow CVS.

I kept calling Saturday and Sunday. No answer, finally today I waited two hours on hold. I went there and evidently all the employees walked out. I don’t know what’s up with that? I had 3 prescriptions already in a sack and the lady wouldn’t sell them to me because I needed to use a coupon. When Chris was there he was the best!! If anybody is reading this and know where he went please tell me. It was horrible today!! The man next to me in line had been trying for 2 weeks to get his daughters medicine. I went down the street to the sister pharmacy. They wouldn’t fill most of them I was gonna have to get my Doctors to fax another prescription. I can’t imagine what’s going on there but I’m getting out of there!!I’m back in here today there is a pharmacist named Amy she won’t give her last name. I don’t blame her. It started out pretty good then she stopped in the middle of filling my prescriptions to contact all my doctors. Evidently I’m the only customer here that uses more than one doctor. So I probably will not get medicine today either. Either way it’s the last time I ever set foot in this place!!!! I would like to take my one star back and put up a special finger!!!

Will be moving my prescriptions the next time I visit my doctor. My wife and I both have our prescriptions thru CVS at Target in Conway, AR. She has had a hard time trying to get that pharmacy to answer calls and they are not open on weekends now. They were supposed to have her prescription ready today. I went by after work to pick it up and it had just been filled. But it had to be reviewed first. I spent 45 minutes waiting on it to be approved. Big disappointment in what this CVS. They don’t have a drive through. will not be using a CVS pharmacy once I get a different pharmacy. And if I could have given this review a ZERO instead of a ONE, I would have.

This pharmacy in Target is staffed by people who are utterly and completely incompetent. Phone calls don't reach a person even if one waits for over an hour. Do yourself a favor and find a professional pharmacy that cares about their customers and actually fills prescriptions.

I'd give it negative rating if I could. Pharmacist from the Oak CVS location informed me after sitting on hold for an hour an 20 minutes with the CVS in Target that nobody will pick up because all the employees walked off the job. One would think CVS corporate would have amended the pharmacy hours on its website. The other pharmacist said that there is on person coming in on modified weekday hours only. The other CVS location said they could NOT fill my prescription because in CVS's system it showed in progress at the store that is closed all weekend. I'm out of a critical med and can't get it filled. I'll have to look into legal implications, CVS should be punished. For the record, this review isn't intended to reflect poorly on the employees at the pharmacy. I believe they were dealt a rotten hand by CVS corporate. My experience with the employees when they have any has been great. The employee turnover at this location has been tremendous. Clearly this is an indication of something more systemically afoul.

Sometimes they’re great. The problem is, sometimes they’re terrible. And it’s the latter times that make you not even want to deal with them. Examples: The woman talking to me very condescendingly because I tried to introduce my problem before I gave my birthdate, and because I didn’t automatically know why my medicine I’m out of was still “on hold”. Or, just deflecting my questions when my CVS Caremark insurance shows a significantly lower price than they’re trying to charge me. Once I was even told I should just be glad I’m not paying thousands of dollars for the medicine. If I didn’t have Caremark, I would run, not walk, to another pharmacy.

Absolutely the worst. I used to come here because the pharmacist Chris was a great guy.he treated everybody with dignity and respect. You'll be hard pressed to find any qualities like that here now.bye!

Literally have spent DAYS trying to get my scripts. They're never ready, nor are my wife's. Nothing beats waiting 45 minutes in line *THREE TIMES* today just to be told each time They're not all ready. The SINGLE worker there has my sincere pity. I'd love to just call, but she apparently cannot answer the phone and fill scripts, and answer questions AND check people out.Oh, and I loved the group of target managers who walked by and said "hey how's it goin!?" and then walked away before I could answer. Classy.

This used to be the best pharmacy in town, however when Tina, Lisa, and Chris left, none of the new staff care about customer service or much of anything having to do with caring for the customer. The majority of the time, they are unfriendly and rude.Today, daughter had a prescription called in before noon. Text indicated it was in process. 3 hours later, she goes there to find the window locked down with a sign stating "closed due staffing issues."Husband calls later and wad told that they were open, but the prescription was not ready, now over 3 hrs later. When I called at 5 hour mark, was cut off every sentence, and told I would be informed when it was ready. Still not ready at 9 hrs. And by the, my daughter is still sick and can't get her prescribed medication.Update today, no text indicating prescription is ready. Called and told it was " in process."When I voiced my frustration, pharmacist began to look and stated that it was actually ready yesterday. Huh?Again, I informed her of yesterday's issues only to be told that she was one of two pharmacists in the state called in to work at this pharmacy due to staff walking out.No customer service recovery offered, no indication that anyone cared that it has taken over 24 hours to receive a prescription for a sick individual. Will be moving all prescriptions elsewhere.

They USED TO be very good, but not any more. They went from 24 hours, to 12. But that I can understand. What I don't is how suddenly, the pharmacy is just closed, will reopen in the morning... make that afternoon. I get texts that my prescription is ready, only to get there, and there is no prescription?! They don't understand their own computer system, they they treat customers like they're an inconvenience. Long waits, and don't even try calling! No one, NO ONE will answer!I'm giving 2 stars, because 1 star ratings tend to get ignored, but of course, I'm that's the kind of service you get at CVS as well.
