Filthy restroom, no one at the desk, went to inquire where my client was, peritoneal fluids for home dialysis left outside on bench exposed to the heat, it's a shame!!! I'm just a caregiver/transport driver my first day maybe the last poor souls!!!!

Dialysis staff do everything they can to get things done on time. If you are patient with them they will be with you too. Can assure your family will be safe here.

all yall doing is hating cut the staff some slack how about you try being a nurse for dialysis and what you need to do is start being a little bit more pre- shy active and stop hating on davita theses women and men are her to help you not to be our made and clean bathrooms when they have pushy patients like yall they would have time to and about putting people out in wheelchair is against the law and i'm pretty sure they wouldn't do that even if it's hot ,cold they would never do that so yall stop hating if you aint got nothing nice to say then don't say nothing at all. OK STOP BEING RUDE I aint seen not one nice thing on here at all So if you're not going to post anything nice don't say nothing at all how about that

Horrible place! Rude staff, dirty, and sitters with patients not required to wear gowns. Staff very unprofessional.

Take your loved one somewhere else. They are not time conscious at all. When you are scheduled for a 3 1/2 hour treatment, it isn't unusual to be here for 5 hours. They don't have WiFi, and the bathroom is always filthy. The nurses just wheel people outside in the heat and leave them for pickup. I am here quite often and I see these weak and elderly people just get pushed outside into the 100 degree heat, and sometimes wait for 30 minutes. Every time I have went in to talk to staff, they have been very rude, and my father in law tells me they talk to him condescendingly, like a child. People come to dialysis because it is necessary to live, and shouldn't have to be so irritated and uncomfortable on a regular basis. I am looking forward to the day when we never have to come back to this horrible place. More than willing to change my review if they would try to be more patient and family oriented, but right now it sucks, and I would recommend trying any other center before this one.
