We recently changed insurance companies due to the overpriced rates at Direct. When points came off my license from a wreck 3 years ago our rates went UP instead of down.Still think the world of Joe and Linda and the other people who work there. They are good people but the company is not at par with the employees.We had been with Direct fir many years.

Not this office specifically, but company as a whole… signed up at the beginning of June, set my payments up for mid month, paid first months that day and then was charged again on the 15th of the same month. Never got refunded even though I was promised I would. Customer service likes to argue and doesn’t understand the fact that because website didn’t state that I would be charged twice in the same month, I am entitled to a refund or a free month because at this point I’ve made 2 payments for 1 month of insurance. I live paycheck to paycheck and that was bill money for another bill, and now I’m behind and can’t even afford gas or food this week.
