They constantly have stuff spread everywhere and are never open when they say they are supposed to be open. Seriously the worst dollar general I’ve never been too.

The return policy is a joke. Called oak st representative th as that said i could return a curtain rod to the dave ward store.
The manager was so rude i had ti ask her not to argue with me. In the meantime, i couldn t buy the rod there since they didn t have a smaller size. The representatives are more polite than manager. I brought rod in for exchange, she refused to take item back or give me gift card. All someone needed to do is scan bar code on item. I hadn t even used it. Something other stores do all the time. All rep said was "try the other store, maybe they can give you credit. They lost a good customer. I would rather shop Family Tree than get this service.

They close earlier than supposed too. Went there 9:45 and closed doors locked, won't answer phones. This is why dollar general is ALWAYS my last choice and only when no other option.

I always go to this store when visiting my Mom in Conway. It's usually okay as far as product availability, staff, and price is the same as any other store. This time I noticed that the parking lot was heavily littered with trash, and certain items were very low stock wise. They didn't have very many varieties of chips in stock, which is mainly what I went for. It was New Years day, so I'm sure they had quite a lot of shoppers coming to in to get things for their celebrations and whatnot. It is also kind of frustrating that their self-check station only accepts cards, cash customers just have to wait in line. It's not a bad store, just needs a little more cleaning and stocking. I'll keep shopping here when I'm in town, just because it's more convenient than Walmart.

I have only been to this dollar general once. How many people does it take to change a light bulb? Nobody can even see this business at night due to the front sign doesn’t light up. I drove right pass the store and it was hell to get back to it.

So many times I’ve gone here and they e been closed super early. I guess because they wanna hurry up and get out? Well I dont get off until 9:30 and I’ve always been there by 9:45-9:50. Go in and I’m out by a few minutes after 9:50. Am I convenient when they start locking the doors at 9:49-9:50…. Bull! When I work a 12 hour shift I don’t feel like running to Walmart.
