The woman that helped me was extremely friendly, kind, and patient. She took the extra time to help get a label printed for my return of a printer. Many people would have said they couldn't do it but she got it done. Then she even called me to ensure I felt comfortable k owing the printer would be going out that same day. I was very worried because if they did not receive it in a certain time frame they were going to charge me almost 150 dollars. I wish more customer service people were as great as she was. She is a definite asset to your company. I wish I would have gotten her name but hopefully you will know who she is.

This is where I go to make Amazon returns. Amazon makes it easy. I request a return and then all I have to do is take the item to the FedEx ship site and they take care of the rest. The folks here at the FedEx are always polite and helpful.
