I called to inquire about the price of a fill up, and the woman who answered the phone was incredibly rude. She got upset when I told her I did not want her to run my credit, that I wanted to pay for my propane up front, she then started yelling saying I obviously do not have good enough credit, and that I do not understand how these things work. I was just uncomfortable giving such information over the phone, as I am a banker, and see fraud all the time. I will absolutely never do business there again. The rudeness was uncalled for, and highly innapropriate, I will happily take my business elsewhere and urge others to do the same.

If I could rate 0 I would. Customer service reps lie to you, delivery commitments are not kept, there is NO ability to reach management to resolve an issue. WORST customer service I have ever dealt with. If you want propane when you order and pay in advance for it, RUN from Ferrellgas

First time customer and it will be last ,customer service is sloppy and I had been asking about total price to fill my tank,never got a reply until after they came to check for leaks,then proceeded to tell me I will be charged a hazmat fee on top of the propane cost! Like I said ,this is the last tank of propane I will purchase from you guys. Wonder how much money they make from these hazmat fees per year?

I will say this…customer service is top notch. They deserve a 5star rating when it comes to customer service. But when it comes to actual service, I have literally been in tears. We have recently moved to a home with propane, and the tank was empty within 4wks. My husband called and got the information we needed to set up the account/deposits etc…and scheduled the testing and fill. They said it’d be 1-2 days. We get a call two days later telling us they won’t be able to come out until Tuesday of next week. At that point, it will be a week with no hot water. I can handle no hot water for a day or two…but not an entire week with 2 small kids. How does a utility company let consumers go without a necessity for an entire week? I’m frustrated….like “Karen” frustrated.

Very nice and courteous, customer service was really awesome. They also price match and they have no restrictions on how many appliances you have to have in order for them to fill your tank! Highly recommend!

The worst customer service ever. Karen Miller was rude and incompetent. Mary tried but was very untrained. Overall if this was the last place that sold propane, i'd switch to coal. They win the WORST COMPANY AWARD.
