For context, my check engine light came on for a low coolant temp code.
They get 2 stars from me because the personal experience I had was excellent. The staff were friendly, worked fast, and explained everything they found/wanted to fix.
They lose 3 stars because they were basically dead wrong about the diagnosis. On my first visit, they claimed there was an air bubble in my coolant line causing the low temperature reading. They burped the reservoir and sent me on my way. The code then came back up and I brought it back in. Upon the second inspection, they said my oil cooler was the problem and the fix was too complex for their tech to perform that day. They did not indicate any severe issues such as a leak in the cooler.
The dealership I took my vehicle to immediately recognized (within 15 minutes of having my vehicle) that my thermostat was the issue and that my oil cooler was leaking oil onto the transmission housing. Both of these should be relatively easy to diagnose and I am disappointed that they missed this on their initial inspection.

Friendly staff. Don’t book online. I booked other and they called to confirm appointment but didn’t ask what it was for until I get there for my appointment and then find out they don’t have a diagnostic technician so they couldn’t do anything for me. Should I have asked? Yes. Should they have asked? Yes. Lesson learned.

The staff are courteous and professional. They fix it right the first time and don't try to sell you something you don't need. They will make recommendations and let you know what you need now and what you need to plan for in a few weeks or months.

Several Firestone branches that I've visited since C19 have been frankly brusque and almost hateful in my visits. This one in Conway is not. Please go to see them, you'll be pleasantly surprised.

On Friday i Requested an appointment and they called that same day and said monday(today) had availability at 4pm. I agreed to that time. I called this morning(Monday) to make sure that everything was still good and the man found my information regarding the appointment (the reason why I wanted to come get my car checked) and said there was never an appointment officially made on their side.. I scheduled my day around getting my car checked out which included my job. waste of time

Billy & Jessie the service advisors who know me personally, gave me the best service possible, and their mechanic replaced an O2 sensor this past Wed., and I was given a great military discount.

Needed a new wheel for my car and they didn’t try to scam me and told me to find a local place. Didn’t waste my time and Payton spotted me ten bucks cause I didn’t have my wallet. Would give a 10/10 if I wasn’t limited to 5/5
