It's a pretty backward bank today. The card doesn't have to touch and pay in the app, they don't have Zelle I think they're like 10 years behind schedule.

Don't - I repeat - DON'T - use this bank if you are planning on buying a home. They will sell your mortgage immediately and if you are lucky, your mortgage won't be sold to Citizens One. Do your homework before signing up.

The bank has some good services to offer but they are lacking in several areas that more modern banks excel in. Customer service should be important for all departments from loans to new accounts to customer service and I feel like this bank just doesn't know or care how many of their staff treat customers or potential customers. Their polices are terrible as well and there are better banks in town that treat you better and have much better banking standards and services.

Erin was rude would not let me open a checking account for my kids, told me they had to have ID, number one i am an account holder, number two 10 and 12 year olds cant even get an id, but they ARE earning and saving money. I called Searcy after this encounter and was assured she was mistaken, i gave my number....guess what no call back from searcy. So done with this bank and the group of other bank rejects that they hire. Terrible customer service from the bottom up. way to make my kids first banking experience pleasurable.
