I had a lot of questions when I went into the Greenbrier branch today, and Lexy was extremely helpful, kind, and knowledgeable about all the products. She even suggested another product for my son, who needs to build credit since he just turned 18. I always love going to First Service because everyone is so kind. Lexy went above and beyond today. She made everything so easy. This bank is top notch, and so are their employees. I feel like they really care about each person who walks in and drives through. It is a special bank with a kind heart. Thanks, Lexy!!

UPDATE. They now offer digital banking options. Rating updated...Great bank. Will be even better if and when they get more digital banking options like mobile deposit and external transfers but the service and the staff are all excellent. A+

The service and attention that I received at the Conway branch was excellent!I went to the bank to inquire about an account that we had not used for quite a while. It had been a number of years since I had visited the bank and I did not recognize any of the people behind the desks/counters. I expected to be treated like a stranger; or that I would have to jump through hoops because I did not have my account number with me and my face was not familiar. Well, that was not the case at all!I was promptly greeted by a pleasant young lady named Mikaela who proceeded to treat me like an old friend! She asked me how she could assist me. I told her that I wanted to have emergency funds wired to my account & I wanted to make sure that the funds would be received without incident. Mikaela explained that my account was domain due to a long period of no activity (& a very low balance.). She didn't ask me a 1000 questions; she merely verified my identity & reactiviated my account with a $1 deposit. A few days later the funds were transferred without incident & available for access 24hrs later. In retrosoect, I don't know why I thought I would receive anything but excellent service from this branch. Although, it had been a few years since I used the account, I recall that my experiences in the past with this branch were always excellent. Thank you Mikaela and thank you too Adam for making banking at First Service an easy and pleasant exoerence!

I have been a customer for years but have been slowly moving my accounts because the bank does not offer mobile deposit, external transfers, personal money market accounts and they do not respond to their
[email protected] email; the only public email listed and that the reps give out.I have tried to reach out to the bank multiple times to discuss my needs and questions and have even been told that a supervisor has been notified of my requests but no one has contacted me so at this point I'm ready to closeout what's left of my accounts and switch banks. This just is not acceptable when there are so many other choices with banks that reply and respond to your needs and questions.This just is not acceptable customer service from a local community bank that has been in Arkansas for this long. I can no longer refer this bank to people who value customer service and a timely response. I hope my experience in this case will help others avoid a similar fate with them. Grade:Fail

I’ve dealt with many banks over the years and while I will forever love Bank of Texas, I now reside in Arkansas and First Service has made me feel the same as my Texas Bank.Cassie Hurst has been amazing and the rest of the staff so helpful and courteous. I highly recommend First Service if you want personal service and to be treated very well.I can’t speak highly enough about my experience.Thank you Cassie and First Service, I look forward to a long-standing and extremely lucrative relationship with your institution.
