Absolutely amazing place! The staff was all very friendly and took care of us from trade-ins to purchases. Big fans of Rick since the beginning so of course we had to make the 3 hour trip. They were genuinely stoked that we came all that way to check the place out and do some business!

HOME AT LAST! Omg from the very moment of walking in, a million blasts from the past hit me in the face and I didn’t wanna leave. This place is truly worth the drive from where ever you are to soak this gem in. It’s a treasure to have a shop like this. There is so much nostalgia you won’t see everything the first visit. And maybe not the tenth. There’s everything from VHS to Pogs to retro toys, games, manuals, and even the new stuff too. I am beyond happy I traveled here, and will definitely be back, even for some good feels. This place has em’ and more to offer.

My family and I drove from Austin to Conway just to visit Rick's new store. This was before his official grand-opening but despite that it was still an amazing retro experience. The store is extremely clean, spacious, and easy to navigate. Their selection was top notch, plenty of common games and a great selection of heavies. The prices are extremely reasonable, I picked up Knuckles' Chaotix on Sega 32x and Mega Man X on the SNES and I was very impressed and satisfied with his prices. His retro toy inventory is also impressive. His staff was extremely friendly but since it was Easter weekend Rick wasn't there, we'll definitely make a return visit to hopefully meet Rick.Retro Rick's Gamepoint easily ranks as one of the absolute best game and retro collectable stores I've ever visited. I highly recommend every collector to stop by and visit.

I had the privilege of visiting Retro Rick's Gamepoint this past weekend, as we were in town for a ball tournament. I follow Rick's Youtube channel, so I was excited to check the store out in person. However, as often happens in life, expectation and reality don't often intersect. However, our entire experience was incredible. This store has the friendliest staff that I've ever encountered in ANY business. It's immaculate, and you can tell that it's truly a labor of love. My nephew picked up a DS and a GBA game, and asked several times about going back again. My only regret is that we weren't able to visit again the next day, as we had planned to.This isn't merely a stop along the way - this is a destination. Kudos not only to Rick, but also to his management team and staff. They define what "customer service" should be.

I was in the midst of a road trip to the Midwest from Central Florida and knew I had to make a stop at Retro Rick’s store. Awesome atmosphere, so many cool collectibles, staff was very friendly. Prices are on par with the market; 10/10. Only downside if there was one was Rick was on vacation so I didn’t meet him

Just showed up on our trip from AZ to PA. Have been watching his channel for years. Grabbed a couple of items for me and the kids and got several pictures. Just as nice in person as the channel. My wife is a Filipina and says it's the Filipino in him that makes him so sweet.

For those who were apart of the “gaming” generation of the 80s, 90s, and even early 2000s, walking into this place immediately transports you back to your childhood. To say it’s “Nostalgic”, though it’s the best term in the English language to use, is not strong enough. You could literally stand unmoving in the store for a hour or more looking at all of the banners, video game marketing/advertising pieces (statues, mannequins, etc.), and physical games overwhelmed by that “nostalgic” emotion. It’s simply amazing, and knowing Rick, it’s only going to become more epic as time goes on.Beside the nostalgia aspect, there’s a vast array of video games, board games, etc that are available for purchase, and the staff are immensely helpful, kind, and knowledgeable.“Retro Rick” on a personal level is simply an incredible person, with an incredible family, and has earned every bit of the success he has and God willing, will continue to have. I’m excited to see where he takes this store because, again, I know it’s going to be epic!

If you're looking for a great place to buy retro games and collectibles, Retro Rick's Gamepoint is definitely worth checking out. I found out about the store from YouTube, and I was really impressed by all of the cool statues and displays. The prices are also very reasonable compared to online retailers. Plus, the staff is always ready to help if you have any questions.

Great game store with a ton of fantastic games, toy's, memorabilia, and a great staff. Rick was friendly and tried to talk to everyone. In my humble opinion it's also a mini museum with cool statues like Link from Legend of Zelda, Geoffrey Giraffe from Toy's R Us, the Hulk, and multiple other iconic figures from my childhood and young adulthood to even now. It's probably a good thing I don't live very close or I would probably be a very broke regular.

This store is amazing if you’re looking for stuff from your childhood! They have lunch boxes, toys, video games, consoles, playing cards, clothing, and a large assortment of things. I can definitely see myself going back here for a Mighty Morphin Power Ranger fix.

Fun place with a lot of cool stuff. You can get lost in reliving your childhood very easily. Besides, the hefty amount of vintage and modern games. They have a large selection of action figures surrounded by other memorabilia. Staff were great and incredibly friendly.

One of the coolest game stores I've ever been to. However, the wall scroll inventory was almost completely empty, and there were some really cool scrolls that I would have loved to get. This didn't stop me from having a good time and getting a bunch of cool stuff though. Employees Will and Christina were SUPER nice and helpful. I'd definitely go back, and I'd definitely recommend it to anyone who loves video games
