took my phone in to have the back glass repaired after it fell and shattered. Mason did the repair and managed to get the broken glass all in the back of my phone. Weeks later, the battery began swelling and the phone didn’t function properly. I took it back to Best Buy and was told they can’t help. So I ended up taking my phone to apple and they told me a piece of glass pierced my battery causing the battery to swell and nearly blow up. Mason also scratched my front glass up during the repair after insisting he had to remove my glass screen protector. I was told to email the manager, Chris, and leave a voicemail for him to resolve the issue. I did that multiple times and got no response. Thankfully Apple was more than willing to fix his mess and replaced my battery and screen at no cost. Just go to Apple and save yourself the trouble.

If I could give them a negative score I would! Worse experience ever!!!!! Called and made an appointment to get my dryer repaired the said the would be there on Thursday May 9 between 12:30 and 4:30 left work early to be there just to find out that the tech called my husbands phone to say he had a cancellation could he come early my husband not able to answer phone at work! So when he didn’t get an answer wouldn’t you think no I guess I can’t go early!! But no this idiot comes to our house 2 hours early and takes a picture saying nobody was home! No you idiot nobody was home until Noon. I left work early waited all afternoon to find out they came early! Then the idiots said we reschedule your repair for next Thursday who does that they don’t know my schedule! No sense arguing with these idiots! They don’t care it’s not disrupting their schedules. Never shopping there again my business is going somewhere else!

Absolutely a terrible experience. Had to get corporate involved to prove I had a protection plan on my PC to get it looked at.

Probably the worst Best Buy in the state. I've been twice in the past 2 weeks. The first time I couldn't get any help from the 16 people standing around talking to each other. The security time I finally got some help after about 15 minutes of flagging people down, only to be told something was absolutely compatible, and it absolutely wasn't.

Having just purchased a new phone, I went to Best Buy for assistance and to purchase a phone case and a screen protector. I am an 82 year old widow and my expertise in all of this would fit in a thimble. So I was so thankful and happy to have a young man, Blake Atumbaugh assist me. He was so kind, respectful and helpful. He installed the case and screen protector and switched sim cards with my old phone so that I could keep my present phone number. His patience was so appreciated. I've used Best Buy for years, purchasing computers, tablets, printers, etc and have always been impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the associates, but today this young man was exceptional.

My sister bought a refrigerator and paid for it to be removed. The person said they didn't se where the fee was paid.so she paid it and send the employee said she received the payment. When my sister got home from work after 4pm, the refrigerator was sitting on the curb. In neighborhood where there's a HOA, and houses are $250,000, $300K, $350k!!!! Her neighbors were probably NOT pleased. But that's besides the point. She paid for them to remove the refrigerator and that is what they should have done. When she called she was then told it would be 7 days or so before someone could come out. That is unacceptable!! Is she supposed to leave a refrigerator sitting on the curb for a week??? I think TF not!

Bought 1,600$ Samsung tv. When Dish hooked it up tv was broken. We called Best Buy immediately. They said a new tv would be delivered. Never happened. Cant get tv replaced. Best Buy in Conway stole 1,600$ from me. Reporting them to fraud department on my bank card. Getting attorney. They are crooks. Never shop there.

Calling to ask any kind of question is pointless this is the worst company customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I don't know if they farm out their customer service to another country but it sounds like they do. And the person who answers the phone knows absolutely nothing even though the ivr system tells me they're getting an expert. The only thing an expert can tell me is I would need to bring an item into the store to find out. I have tried to support Best buy being one of the last electronic stores you can walk into but after this call might as well just order from Amazon or Walmart.

Customer service is amazing! I went in for an urgent issue with my MacBook and the kind workers at the front got me in with geek squad immediately. From there, Oscar fixed my issue almost immediately and went above and beyond by helping me prevent the issue from happening again. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I would rate this experience more than 5 stars if I could.
