My spouse and I took a load up a couple weeks ago and was met by a young man.He took one item from us and took it inside. He never returned or asked if we wanted a receipt. We proceeded to unload with no help.It was very disappointing and we will be donating to local thrift stores from this point forward.

Dropped off an SUV full of stuff right at opening time on mother's day. They came right out, were friendly and efficient. Another car pulled up and they were able to help both. So much easier to drop off here!.

They told us they'd be available for drop off until six, but there's no one here at five pm. There are also piles of trash around the front door that looked more than a few hours old... We were looking for a donation center, not a dump. yikes

There’s a guy on YouTube called Retro Rick that goes into this goodwill location daily and buys your video games and resells then online for thousands of dollars. A lot of the games that you sell for $2-$4 are actually worth a lot of money. You should have someone scan them and sell them for market value. I’d rather see you guys make the money and support your local community, then guys like him. There’s an app called GAMEYE that you can just scan the barcode and it will tell you how much a game is worth. It literally only takes a few seconds to do. You would be surprised, how much these games are worth. God bless you and thank you guys for what you do in the community.

I just moved from Colorado and just donated a bunch of stuff. The people were not at all happy to be at work they were both just sitting there. I unloaded everything from my own truck. Not one of them smiled said have a nice day nothing very rude people.

A repeat donor as I felt this was a great charity. Twice since being in Conway I have taken new items and today a twice piece cabinet a $500 unit would not fit in my suv I told him I was going to grab the second section n bring it in the next load ... response from the grouchy unpleasant man... was well if it’s not in the same load I’m not taking it! Are you kidding me... I would have saved time just throwing it in the dumpster do you not take anything of value...... anymore?? I am disheartened with this charity. I will be looking for another place to take great items.
So much for trying to give back to a community
Ohhh and waited 7 minutes for a receipt and he never came back! Ugh

I have donated a lot to the location on Dave Ward including many new items. To date I have encountered exactly one nice person. Typically I don’t get a thank you and have never been offered a receipt. They act like I’m bothering them. Guess I will donate to Salvation Army from now on even though it’s on the other side of town. At least they are nice people and always offer a receipt.

I tried to donate a computer screen and they told me it was left in the weather when I tried to tell them it was just was in my closet and collecting dust they wouldn't listen. I was also donating a computer tower for e-waste and they told me that they couldn't take it. I was given the computer and the monitor by a friend that didn't have any cords.
