There are 2 now in Conway and both have good quality items. They've stopped supplying plastic shopping bags at checkout so bring your own bags.

I LOVE Goodwill! This store is one of my favorites. Everything is neat and organized, and I always enjoy finding great deals and unique items. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Christi Porter is amazing and has helped me many times!

This is the smallest Goodwill I have been in. They really need to get a larger location for this side of town. The clothing racks are packed so tight there's no room to slide hangers over to look at the next item. The housewares section is like 4 very short aisles. The older/tween girls section is nonexistent. There's very limited space for furniture here so they rarely have any larger pieces and when they do it's likely stained or broken. The major issue though is the overwhelming stench of urine and dirty shoes that hits you as soon as you walk in the door. The store has a good heat/ac but there's no ventilation taking bad odors out apparently.

I’ve been to this Goodwill a few times and was surprised by the rudeness I encountered from an employee ( an older lady). A cart was brought out I was standing in front of it just looking at the free merchandise they put a price on and the lady assumed I was going to grab something off the cart and she made a rude comment, uncalled for & not necessary.Some of the employees do not mind if you look at the donated merchandise but some are @$$holes. The prices here are getting ridiculous, a good bit of the donated goods can be bought brand new or from EBay for just a few dollars more.
