“Been coming here for about a month now.The facility is top notch with great equipment. Over 5 places to squat, multiple bench press areas, Freeweights, machines, punching bags, and cardio equipment like rowers, stair climbers, treadmills.My only knock has nothing to do with the facility or owner (who has been great so far). Some members refuse to put their equipment back where it belongs. They’ll leave kettlebells at the squat racks and boxes for box jumps.Other than that, I’d highly recommend.”

“This gym was a real treat for a drop-in! I just wish I had this sweet gym where I live. The workout was exceptional & the people were amazing. It’s a community not competition focused environment that is encouraging & a great full body workout. The staff was incredibly welcoming and kind, Amy even generously let me borrow her mat (having forgotten mine)! And Cathy put together a number of dynamic circuits. Thanks Burn Studio! Can't get in touch with anyone there. The three times I've been there , there's no one working in the gym. Minor league operations at best.”

“I usually go to the Cabot Location which has a little bit better set up in my opinion, and I like their massage chairs, but it is newer so naturally it should be more up to date. 10/10 would still go to Conway, honestly I'm just nit picking to give an honest review ? oh also when you walk into the massage room the chair on the right doesn't seem to work.”
