Was the app right? I had to get home. My car was broken and I was going to rent a car, but they were out. Friendly staff easy to find. But no vehicle.

This place was fast & had a car available. The car could have been a bit cleaner but overall not terrible. However we brought the car back a whole 24 hours early & was still charged for that time. We were told that if we had brought it back earlier in the morning we could have gotten a refund for that day (we're talking 2-3 hours difference) I was not happy about that but what could we do?

She didn't even give me the information I wanted so that I could come tent a vehicle from them and I was also being rushed off the phone.I'm taking my business to Enterprise.

Would not recommend! Charged me for 4 days when I had the car less than 3. The manager named Larry seemed to be more of a street hustler than a rental car service manager. Take your chances elsewhere

Pro: they are honest!!! The other company tried gas lighting me. I booked the competitor online: a car, vw jettta or anything compact/small preferred. Called them ahead of time, and then they tried to tell me I booked an SUV.I walked to Hertz, asked for a car, and swapped my insurance rate over to Hertz and left with a car quickly, without hassle, and without liars trying to force me into a big suv.Cons: price was higher than competitor, car selection was not great, car cleanliness was mediocre, car had no apple car play.The fair shake:Car worked as expected, had good power and handling, and cold AC.

Larry at the Conway location saved the day after another rental car company dropped the ball at the last minute and didn’t have the car we needed for our family vacation. I would give Larry 10 stars if I could!

Booked a car via the Hertz app. Show up to pick up the vehicle and the person at the counter says they don’t have anything and couldn’t tell me when/if they could get me a car. Offered no help and not even a sorry for the inconvenience. Terrible customer service and apparently no guarantee you can even get a car here. Highly recommend going somewhere else.

Literally my favorite location! Me and my husband use them often when we take trips. They provide drop off and pickup service which we’ve used a time or two. All the representatives are friendly and efficient.

$800 for 3 day in a damaged, extremely dirty, Toyota Camry that had no gas. I had to take an Uber 40 minutes to get this vehicle because they didn't have any rental vehicles at the airport in Little Rock. They told me this was the only vehicle they had and they didn't have a detailer so the car had not been cleaned in a LONG time. When I mention that there was no gas and there was damage on the car, they did not offer to give me a discount or assist in any way. I contacted Hertz corp, through the website. They instructed me to "just drop it off and get a different one". When I told them that there was no other vehicle, this was the only one within an hour drive, they told me I'd have to take it up with the local hurts that I picked it up at because it was privately owned. I don't understand why these rental companies are allowed to treat customers this way. Something needs to be done!

They wait until day of to cancel your reservation "due to inventory" and try and charge you for 3 days. Don't bother
