“They were so nice, the man who checked me out i forgot his name but him and Denver helped me so much as soon as I walked through the door. WAAYYY BETTER THAN Lowe’s”
“Had a lawnmower simply not work but had lost the receipt. I got there and though it was a tad complicated of a return (previously exchanged the model for the same one and had no record of purchase) a lady by the name of Sareth got me taken care of. Thank you ma'am. I pray I got your name correct.”
“I always recommend Home Outlet in Conway for anyone working on a home project! This family-focused, locally rooted store goes above and beyond anything you’ll find at big-box competitors like Home Depot or Lowe’s especially when it comes to personal service, pricing, and follow-through. Their team consistently works hard to beat competitors on price and value, and they take the time to help you find exactly what you need.
Home Outlet is backed by a long-standing, family-owned company with deep roots in the community, and that commitment to service truly shows. You don’t feel like just another customer here — you feel taken care of.
I especially want to give a huge shout-out to Stacin. He has a servant’s heart, a willing attitude, and is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything goes smoothly. He’s the reason I keep coming back.
If you want quality products, honest advice, and service you can trust, this is the place to go!”
“I enjoy Home Depot and would go there more often if it were closer. Rental area is amazing especially being able to tow home a mini excavator or hole saw. I LOVE the tool selection- Home Depot has all the pro pics like Milwaukee Mikita and Dewalt. Lowes has some Dewalt but mostly pushes Craftsman and Kobalt. Outstanding selection of blades and bits, clean store, helpful people. I'd award the 5th star when the big box stores get SERIOUS about made-in-America and local sourcing!!!”
“Excellent all around best farm store in the south. I'll drive out of my way to use just this location. That's how great all of these employees are to me, my family, and my hired hands. They remind me of the old feed store. I go by when I'm out running errands and look at what's new maybe spend a little maybe spend alot and sometimes not. Most times I get a cold d
Pepsi and talk to the other customers like myself. It's more than a farm store, it's an real human interface for needed diy info, thus is my go to problem solving hub, it's awesome for local gardening and livestock advise and sharing.”
