Fast, Friendly,Phenomenal! Kim did my taxes in a little over an hour. She’s extremely knowledgeable and keeps up with the current changes and tax law. She has been working for Jackson Hewitt for several years and seems to really love it. They take walk- in’s, easy-going , precise. I've used Jackson Hewitt since my second year of filing on my own. I've always used the Salem location and wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Mrs. Kim Wooley-Corbitt and staff have always been amazing and nothing but helpful, even when I have ALL four my little ones with me they are still so amazing and understanding. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Love my team at Jackson Hewitt. They are never a disappointment when filing with. They are always friendly and professional almost a family feel to them.
