This review is for the pharmacy l..they told me 30 minutes for the meds 40 minutes later they tell me another 25...so now I get to miss my appointment thanks to this half rate pharmacy my advice is switch pharmacy's because this one jus lies and has zero cares

There were a few vegetables that were not fresh, but overall the shelves were very clean and organized, and it was easy to find the items I wanted. The bread area and deli looked very sanitary.

Went in here for a quick trip with my 3 small children. Had a clipped digital coupon for coffee that wasn’t redeeming. Stood there for 4 min waiting for the attendant while she had a personal conversation with a customer. When she finally got to me, seeing my digital coupon on my phone, she still would not make it right. I would give this place zero stars if I could. One worker (her) was there manning the self checkouts, while only one worker was doing regular checkout. Management should have a discussion about actually paying attention to the customers waiting in line and idk…maybe redeem digital coupons that are obviously right there in front of you?

4th of July 2024. Grilled ribs were sold. However, the whole process, was awful. Apparently they were not prepared for the situation. They started grilling at 10am. And, by noon, they were out. And, had to wait an hour for more. The cook, was rude and very unpleasant. Big African American, with dread locks! For, many years I have been purchasing ribs, on holidays. And for several years the whole experience has become horrible. Krogers on oak street, In general has become, a terrible place to shop.

Out of a lot of things, limited selection, not like other Kroger's. Prices seemed to be higher compared to other Kroger's too.
Also, Limited deli meats available, and the deli closes early...

This location is terrible. Almost every time I get groceries there are prices that are advertised that do not match the receipt. This has happened the last 5 times I've shopped here. I'm about to start taking my money elsewhere

Absolutely the worst Kroger. Low stock on everything. No customer service. I used to love going to Kroger.
