The employees used to be so nice but that's not what you get there anymore. That's one of the reasons why I choose pick up more often than going in the store. Also, they seem to have a problem keeping things in stock or perhaps they're just not stocking their shelves properly. Oftentimes the produce is in bad shape or goes bad quickly. Certain products only available for delivery and not pick up. Why? The prices are pretty ridiculous considering you have to check your own self out. I used to feel good about going inside and didn't mind the higher prices because the atmosphere was positive. I don't think they treat their employees very well now or they wouldn't be so unfriendly.

Store hours say they close at 6 on Christmas eve. Got there at 5:40 and they had an employee at the door who wouldn't let people inside. Who knows what time they started refusing service.

If I could give the manager of the deli a 0 star rating I would. What an absolute rude and disrespectful person they have working back there. Someone didn’t learn proper customer service before they devoted their career to serving others.

We went in person to order my son his 8th birthday cake on Monday October 21st. His birthday was October 23rd. We were told it was enough time for his cake to be made cause we didn’t need it till the evening of the 23rd. We asked for the cake in the second picture and we got the cake in the first picture. They gave us two options when ordering the cake and it was between both of the designs in the pictures. We chose the second picture. The only thing that was correct was the actual flavor of the cake. The icing tasted like chemicals. My son was very upset and disappointed! He only ate half of ONE slice. I was very disappointed. I will only give one star because the lady who took our order was very polite and made sure his name was spelt correctly(because his name is always being spelt incorrect)and the flavor of the cake was correct. Otherwise, it would be given no stars.

What happened to previous roasted chicken? Home Chef is NOT good - full of grease, liquid, skin isn't crisp at all. Miss the original.

Texted me that my order was ready for pickup at 3:40. I arrive and check in as the only car in the lot. Many others arrive 10 minutes later. All of them are brought groceries prior to me. Wasted 45 minutes there in what was supposed to be a quick pickup before church
