I will revise the writing when everything is finally switched over from Kum&Go. I was a bit disappointed to find that Maverik did not honor the k&g points like it was promised they would be.

I'm ashamed that I haven't reviewed this location before this. They have always had excellent customer service. Today I had a horrible customer service experience. I should have gotten her name, but it was an elderly woman with a short bob/bowl haircut. The other lady is always so sweet and kind and accommodating. This woman had such a terrible, rude attitude that when I had to go back in to get gas I forgot to purchase, I literally just waited in a l9nger line to avoid having to interact with this person twice in a morning because it would have put me in a bad mood. Her negative amd apathetic attitude is contagious and that is not good. As a business owner myself, I would be having a serious conversation about whether this job is something she is cut out for.
Side Note: she also refused to break a $20 bill for change. Literally have gotten change at this location on countless occasions.

Stopped there this evening staff is very friendly ,as I was walking into the store a young woman that works there held the door open for me and also saw her clearing out the trash next to the gas pumps as I was getting back into my car very clean inside and out ,I love coming to this gas station when I can

Kum & Go used to be the move in Conway. It is now a far cry from what it once was. Soo many more options in town now that are actually an enjoyable experience and doesn’t feel like a chore every time you visit. People often wonder why you see gas stations across the street from each other and there is nothing else around, because someone realized they could do it better and literally if people had any other option than this they would choose it. Do yourself a favor and go down the street somewhere else.

Should probably fire the cook lady??? Sir??? Whatever it is....doesn't really seem like they enjoy having a job rude and generally not a welcoming experience I spend alot of money at kum and go's throughout the week I might just have to find me another place

What is the purpose of having a point system for purchases and Rewards when they cashiers don't give us time to put our rewards and to get our points versus them rushing through the transaction to keep having the conversation with their co-workers instead of paying attention to the customer. I think it sucks

This place was good until Maverick took over now it’s trash! They used to give people .10 off a gallon everyday with their app now it’s .02.
On top of that all of their prices went up and they even want to now charge someone for ice and water in their OWN cup!! Then they come back with well if you reuse their little cheap plastic or styrofoam cup it’s free. This new company has the most ridiculous policies which are rooted in pure greed.
You’d think with this economy the way it is they’d want to attract and keep customers not run them off. I can get gasoline at Murphys down the road a lot less expensive and if I want a quick breakfast sandwich, I can go two blocks over to Shipleys and get one that is actually cooked on site and way better quality right through the drive through.
Maverick is going to drive people away with their greedy new policies..

This is the only gas station I go to, cause of the quality of gas. My car can only have 93 and I have a reader that tells me when I’ve gotten bad gas and this place typically does well. Idk what is wrong, but lately it takes 20 minutes to fill up my tiny car. They can’t have been low on gas every single time I come when I come every other day. It’s insane. I can only fill up $10 before I’m gonna be late for school. And it’s not just one pump, it’s all of them.

Rewards don't work right. Tobacco prices say one thing on the signs,way higher at check out. One of the only cStores thats always out of stock on items and the cerks are zero help they tell ya well it is what it is. This is a store I used to stop at daily and now I won't be back management is terrible
