I had a great experience at the Conway location! If you have issues, call the company itself NOT the automotive install place. Anything that didn't line up with my bill, I always called lifesafer and they resolved.

Terrible customer service and I’m stuck with these crooks for 30 more months! Takes literally weeks to get ahold of anyone to service my unit. They claim that you will get a call back but you will not get a call back.
