Look, this place right here is very good at what they do. The job is simple truly. Easy to teach and easy to learn. Hence the reason they’ve yet to start paying their entry level workers a decent wage. I requested my start off pay to be 15 dollars an hour instead they gave me 14. So the reason I believe 14 an hour isn’t a decent wage for this job starting out is due to the hazards or cross contamination while handling the soiled linen, yes you have a gown, nitrile gloves, hair net, foot gloves to protect most of your body from things you regularly come into contact with such as blood, feces, urine, syringes, and bile. The thing about it though that makes 14 an hour starting off is the fact that biohazards such as viruses, radiation (from chemo due to cancer patients), uncovered syringes that could stab you while emptying the linen from plastic bags. No telling what diseases you could get if stabbed with a used syringe that gets wrapped up in the blankets that the hospitals nurses tend to just leave in the bed when they change out linens on the hospital beds. Also you could potentially end up taking something like a virus back to your family potentially placing them at harm of exposure to what ever disease might be infecting the blood, feces or urine on all the linen. Another thing for me is the lack of respect from the supervising staff. While working here you will get really tired. I worked a 15 hour shift once and only had like four breaks. One 30 min break and 3 15 min breaks. The supervising staff are constantly scrutinizing the ethics and abilities of the employees. Constantly searching through out the plant for ways to correct somebody even though most the employees are doing nothing wrong at all. The main amount of scrutiny comes from the shift leads who are constantly trying to get people fired so they can get more hours and get more money to themselves. One guy told me he worked there for a year and only got a 20 cent raise. I currently work here and witness quite a few discrepancies I wouldn’t be okay with if it were my company to run. With that being said I will say that if you want a job that will never be unavailable this is the job.

I was sent here temporary for Christmas!!!!!!...My honest opinion, of the place is..... There wanting you blood, sweat, and tears ..... C.J. there office Manger is disrespectful and yell at the staff/ Adults ....I don't think anyone should work 6 days a week, with little breaks and quitting time until finished the next Moring.....If you have a second job you shouldn't work there....I hope this insight helped someone....
