Jeff was very friendly. Kept me informed all along the way. And, most importantly, I didn't feel like he was asking me to fix anything that didn't need to be fixed. The pricing was good, and he was done quite quickly.

Has checked two of my vehicles free of charge (do not expect this necessarily, it depends what it is). Gave me great advice. Jeff is upfront and honest about everything. Great communication. He will call you and let you know what is going on and when the vehicle is ready. This is the first mechanic shop I have found in the Conway area that would do that consistently. He will tell you upfront his price might not be the cheapest and it might not be the most expensive but you will get quality work with quality parts. I have found his prices to be fair considering I get unmatched quality and communication.

I haven't had any work done by Mace's in at least six months, but just recommended them to a friend and realized when googling that I haven't left a review.
Mace's garage is honest, does great work, and leaves no stone unturned. You get what you pay for, and automobiles are not something that should be taken to the lowest bidder.
I have no personal affiliation but will not take my vehicles anywhere else when I need important work done.

First time customer. I normally take care of all of my own issues with my vehicles but this requires tools I didn't want to purchase...so I'm picky and difficult when it comes to my vehicle maintenance.
This shop is on point...Jeff was easy to work with on scheduling, COMMUNICATION was outstanding...huge when it comes to trusting a shop for me. I don't know if pricing was average or high or whatever...they had great reviews before I contacted them and rhats what mattered to me. I felt like I was taken care of and will absolutely use this shop when I run into something out of my wheelhouse. Thanks Jeff!
