“I was dreading this visit for bloodwork. It was for my 2 year old grandson. So of course I thought this was going to be a miserable task. We walked in and thankfully there was no one waiting. The Tech took our paperwork. She talked to my grandson so sweetly and took us directly back to the lab. She said it would only take a second. She talked to him the whole time and made him feel at ease. I simply sat in the chair with him on my lap. I had to hold his left arm to his side and his right out for the blood draw. The hardest part was to keep him still. I thought it was going to be difficult. But let me tell u she was gentle and quick with that butterfly needle. It literally took me all of 5 minutes from the time I walked in and back to the car. I so wish I got her name so I could leave her a review directly. She was so sweet and amazingly quick yet accurate. She made that task so much easier and less stressful for this grandma.”
