Amazing service and guy! Family came from far away to pickup a car for a relative and were devastated to hear we couldn’t drive it out from the Copart but so happy to pass by this business after not being able to get assistance from a recommended place. A cool guy from here was not only willing to listen to us but quick to assist and demonstrate his expertise and patience. Couldn’t have come across a better person! I HIGHLY recommend this business.

We were traveling home to Iowa when we had a tire blowout near Conway Arkansas. We called a tow service and they said they could get to us but not till the next day. It was 97 degrees and we were in a parking lot on the side of the road in a small town.Then we called Michael Phillips Wrecker Service and he said he could be there in 90 minutes. He was there inside of 90 minutes. Michael was polite and efficient. He took great care of car and got us to the tire shop. Great service! Unfortunately for me I needed a tow three times in the past few months. Fortunately for me, I called Michael Phillips Wrecker Service the first time. Heck yeah. I will use these guys again if I ever need a tow. Great service. They communicate well. They got here when they said they would. It was not a simple tow job, but they got it done, and quickly. Yay!
