This is the only place I will go. Staff is professional and very accommodating. I don't know where the negative reviews came from....maybe a competitor.....but I've been coming to Nail Teks for years and have only observed courteous and appropriate behavior by staff. Sandra is the best at handling my atrocious feet, I only wish I could afford weekly pedicures! They are popular and trusted, that's why they are so busy. So go early or make an appointment if you don't want to have to wait.

Staff is not as friendly. I think they can be more welcoming and grateful to anyone who walks into their shop. I think it's business only, and they do nothing establish relationships with their customers to keep them coming back.

Awful. Spent $40 plus tip for dip nails that are awful. Will not return. Glue all in and around my nails... felt like dirt under them. Parts not dove all the way down the nail. They left paint on different places on my hand. Don't recommend.

They are always happy to see me! My nails always last up to two weeks, maybe longer if I allowed them to go longer. LolThey are very clean and polite plus my nails look fabulous each time! Ask for Sandy!

If you are a black woman DO NOT go here. They use to be good years ago but now they are rude as ever to black women. I walked in a few weeks ago and the first thing they said to me was “ we don’t do long nails.” Um okay? I literally have never gotten long nails because I personally and professionally can’t function with long nails. I tried over looking their rudeness considering they are near UCA and maybe they have had some bad customer experiences. I had been going to them since 2014. Not super regularly but every time I go it has gotten worse and worse over the years. Black women, do not waste your money or time plus they no longer wish to serve us anyways and they make it very known….

Don't know how to do anything but the basics, no designs and even still the basic is not done properly. I had to ask him for oil or lotion or SOMETHING on my hands afterward.... Already looks like I need a fill. Would not recommend.

Not a fancy shop but the employees and other customers were very talkative and friendly. The male tech would did my pedicure did an excellent job, and the price was cheaper than my regular shop.
