Additionally, the facility does not prorate refunds upon move-out, even with advance notice, so moving out on the last paid day is advised. Despite these warnings regarding rates and prorating, the overall experience is positive with knowledgeable and helpful staff.

I had tried another storage place and the unit was filthy, not empty and the people were not very knowledgeable about anything
This place had a wonderful office, with an amazing lady (Michaela) and I had no trouble getting in or finding my unit (which was clean) on a holiday
