I had a horrible experience at this store, from the time I walked in until I left. The manager was rude & seemed a bit racist! I wasn’t greeted nor was I thanked for my visit. I will not be coming back there & I definitely will not recommend anyone to go there.

I've been in this store multiple time the past few weeks and the "teenagers" working were too busy flirting and chatting with each other. No one else in the store. She did not know how to look up parts. I had to look up the parts to tell her what to put in the computer. If those kids are in there.... don't go in.... pick another place!!

I stopped in for some new wiper blades. Jarrett was super helpful and honest about the options. He even popped the new ones on for me! Great customer service! Super friendly and helpful staff!

I used to go online and check prices at all of the parts stores around town, but they were always within pennies of each other. Because of that, I just use the Harkrider O'Reilly's because their customer service is SO much better than any other stores.

10/10. I highly recommend going to this store for anything car related when in Conway. I went to four other auto parts stores around Conway before coming to this location and Justin and Jarrett were super helpful and helped me within 5 minutes.

Justin is the man. I went to every other parts store in town including the dealer for a fuel clip that no one would even help me look for. But Justin was able to find it in store, in literally 5 minutes. Dudes a life saver and is super knowledgeable. Next time I need help, I will be reaching back out to Justin first. Please make sure to recognize him.

5 gallon of aluminum brightener I had to personally load myself while 3 idiots held up against the wall and counter watching me! I am 50 years old and these men are at least in their 20’s ridiculous made their momma proud!

If they don't have what you need in stock it gets shipped to the store in a reasonable amount of time. And the prices beat other stores in the area.
