“Had an awful experience on a Saturday afternoon where we were refused service for a passport appointment because we showed up 5 minutes late. There were two people for the appointment and despite repeatedly admitting she had enough time to handle one of our appointments we were both refused service completely out of spite. Come back for a rescheduled appointment on Monday and got serviced by Tracy. She was kind, professional, quick, courteous, and was more than understanding allowing us to leave and come back to submit some necessary name change documents that the employees from Saturday afternoon told us we didn't need. Tracy seems like she holds the place down and we really appreciated how easy it was to work with her specifically!”
“The majority of the time my packages come a day early if not on time. Every Christmas I send my adult children gifts to California and the always receive their packages within just a few days. Whenever I go inside the employees are extremely helpful are efficient. It's the best post office I've ever been to!!”
