Top tier service! I was going through an insurance claim nightmare until Pro Auto stepped in. The owner heard about what I was going through, so he invited me down to the shop for a personal walkthrough to help assuage the situation and actually let me know what was going on with my car. It was the first relief I felt over what had already been a month long process! I was contacted personally every few days with repair updates as the proper parts came in and the repairs were performed. These are some really great people! They even offered to redo my hood (previous owner did a botched job of coating it, and it looked rough), and I can honestly say I got my car back looking better than when I bought it! Thank y’all so much, and I hope this review helps a wonderful business get more soon-to-be happy customers!

They were very professional and made sure to do the job right. It took a little longer than expected but it was because they had to do double the work. They made sure to fix it right and I appreciate that. They did keep me informed and kept the rental company informed for me.

Josh was absolutely amazing! He was able to tow our pilot on probably the hottest day of the year in the busiest part of town. He got to us within 10-15 minutes! Excellent job!
