No one ever answers their phone. tTakes so much time to get through and once you get through no one knows what's going on! This place is a joke!!!!!

checking out for my commercial account. The clerk 'Helped' me by going to the touch-pad, negating my preferred check-out to be FWD'ed to my e-mail. I've been a Commercial customer since '09, w/ over $19K in sales. Please tell your clerks to slow down; I have my priorities, that helps me with my business accounting. Not at all sure that this will be read by anyone who has any standing in H-Depot's hierarchy.

Absolutely horrible. Bought appliances from them and they found every excuse they could to not install them even though installation was payed for. Sounds like a whole lot of not wanting to do their job to me. I Absolutely DO NOT recommend using this business for anything. Horrible work ethic.

I enjoy Home Depot and would go there more often if it were closer. Rental area is amazing especially being able to tow home a mini excavator or hole saw. I LOVE the tool selection- Home Depot has all the pro pics like Milwaukee Mikita and Dewalt. Lowes has some Dewalt but mostly pushes Craftsman and Kobalt. Outstanding selection of blades and bits, clean store, helpful people. I'd award the 5th star when the big box stores get SERIOUS about made-in-America and local sourcing!!!

I paid for doors at Home Depot in Conway, Ar. on July 9, 2021. I have been waiting on an installation appointment for a while, I finally called to check on the status was told they were in and I would get a call to schedule installation. Again, I wait and, finally I call again was told oh yes we will get the installer right out (so they forgot about me). The installer shows up and they have ordered the wrong doors. We have to go back to the store and go through this process all over again. We wait...again WE call them and find out our doors have been sitting in the store we should get a call for installation soon! Finally, WE call again and they tell us they aren't sure when we can get them installed. After three and half months I canceled this order. No one at Home Depot is concerned about losing my small purchase. However, they have had my money all this time and, it will be the last money they will receive money from me. This will be my last entry into Home Depot not that they care.

I just left lowes to go to home depot, I thought things could not get much worse; I was SO WRONG! Really how do they even stay in business. Should just call it the " find it yourself Depot"

Ordered april 4th, delivery was supposed to be april 9, then changed to april 12. Called on april 9th and they say now the item is on back order. I needed this item for my animals in the heat. Now that puts me back another week on receiving one from another vendor, No apologies from home depot customer service at all. I wont shop here again.

If I could give negative stars I would. This place is a nightmare every time I am in there. I refuse to go back. Nobody seems to ever have a clue. I ordered appliances from them and was very clear about my availability on delivery dates. I got a call from the outsourced delivery company they were not able to deliver on the said date. They told me "We hear this all the time and they know our hours of operation. So I was obviously lied to and apparently that seems to be their reputation. I have zero doubt that if this was not a chain it would have been gone a long time ago. I would not buy so much as a screw from here.

I was buying only about $32 worth of items from this Home Depot and they had an offer to apply for their credit card and get $25 off, so I thought, why not? I applied and got the credit but the online cart would not show a discount. I texted the help thing and they said there should be a code in the email. I looked at three emails and could find no code. I was told I'd have to call their credit department. I looked at the emails again and although there was no code there, there was a link to "USE YOUR CHARGE PASS". That link took me to the application form again and it said I couldn't fill out more than one application. I finally figured out I needed to close all the Home Depot pages in my browser before clicking the link and it got me to this page that had a discount code. I copied the code and went to my cart and it did indeed apply a discount. But then, it would not let me pay for the products. The only method of payment listed was a credit card, but when I entered my MC, it gave an error and said I couldn't use the discount unless I used a "non-specified" method of payment. This is not very clear and I finally decided I had to use the new HD credit card I had applied for, then by jumping through some more hoops, found a number and entered it. So I had my purchase and it cost me only $7.41, guess I earned it. Now I wanted to use their "Curb-side Pickup" so I could just drive by and have them load it. I got to the store and completed the "I Am Here" selection in the app and drove up to the area where loading is normally done. Not being sure if this was the correct place, I asked a nearby employee if this was for curb-side pickups also. He told me it was not and pointed to the other end of the building and told me it was there by the cinder blocks. This was the gardening section of the store. So I drove down there and parked in front but nobody came out. I went inside and talked to a woman who proceeds to tell me that the curb-side pickup is not there, but it is down where I was parked originally. Not only would I need to go there and park, but I would need to go into the store to get the items using their "curb-side pickup". Now, I may not be a rocket surgeon, but I thought curb-side meant you didn't go into the business. So I walked into the store and saw someone putting some items I had ordered into a shopping cart and walked over to them and said "I think that's my stuff". They let me walk out of the store without checking for identification, receipt, or anything. I could have been anybody. What a fun day!

Frankly I have to agree with the other reviewers that the level of service at this location has declined to a point that it is becoming a better option to drive down the road to one of the other home improvement / hardware stores. Management at this location does not care about customer service. I expressed a concern about their customer service in a survey only to be receive an email asking if I wanted to contact the manger. First there was no contact information provided in the email, Second since when did it become the customers job to make an effort to give feedback versus the company asking what happened and how they could improve. I give up.

Website said they had 11 large tv moving boxes, showed up and one of their employees told me "yeah we can't them" without even looking for them...great customer service.

If I could give this Home Depot a 0 I would. The customer service is abysmal. I've been coming here for over a year now, and every time I do it out of convenience, not anymore. I needed help getting a couple of sheets of plywood cut to the right size and no one would help me. I had to ask a manager and when they asked an employee if they wanted to help me they outright said no. Then we proceeded to wait. They ended up forgetting or had no one on the way, I had to get another employee to track someone down. It's ridiculous the amount of effort I have to put in consistently to get any help here and usually they don't know what to do or where things are and they have to get someone else. I'm officially taking my business to Lowes.
