The process of renting the unit online was super easy and when I did have to call customer service it was quick and there were no problems and some of the best customer service I've had from a company and a long time and I'm really looking forward to doing more business with this company.

I wish I could give the five stars but unfortunately I have hit a few bumps in the road on my way to finally being moved into my storage unit but I still wanted to be very clearly known that their customer service has been impeccable and that this storage unit is not only very nice when you contact them to speak with but also has very low prices the convenience that you experience with handling everything over the phone or through your email or text message is way easier than what I had thought it would be.

Problems getting into the gate had to get an temporary code , unit dirty , dusty like it has been used in years and it has dirt dauber nest on the floor on the walls and right out two feet from the door there's a yellow jacket nest big one

Couldn’t see the unit beforehand, had to rent the unit online. Once I rented the unit, I drove inside the gate and there was a guy moving out and he told me his unit was broken into and things were stolen. So I immediately called and canceled. The place looked run down. Wouldn’t recommend

They rented me a two door storage and there are screws and bolts keeping one of the doors from opening all the way. This makes one side almost completely unusable and prevents alot of productivity because we use our storage daily. Of course there's never any workers when I need them. I'm very disappointed with them so far.
