This bank is great. I specifically drove to this bank on Prince Street to have an issue taken care of where my bank account got frozen. I had already been to bank and they were unable to resolve my problem so I went to this bank and Lindsey was great!! She knew exactly what to do, had tickets submitted and had my account back open for me within couple hours. Thank you Lindsey. ?

I went to deposit my check. I sat in the Drive-Thru through an entire song. I pressed the button a few times thinking maybe it wasn't working. I didn't see anyone in the bank and I was getting worried. I was about to ask if I needed to call the authorities when a business customer pulled in. The business customer was helped within seconds. While I was still completely ignored. Still. I finally went inside, took my check back, and went to another bank. I'll be moving my account today.

Regions Bank is awesome. The times I've been in the bank or even the drive through everyone was courteous and helpful. I also like the fact there are branches in different states. When I visit family in Florida they are in the areas that I visit.

I have been using Regions for a few years. They have had mine and my husbands business, but it means nothing to them apparently. Don’t expect to get your money back if you try to dispute a charge with them. My husband and I had a charge for $25 on our account that was not us. My husband called after the charge was no longer pending to dispute the claim since it was showing his card was authorized. They told him that it would take a few days to get it taken care of…a couple weeks later and it’s still there. He calls again. They say that they have no record that he ever disputed the charge. They never even looked into it after he called. Then they tell him that it’s been too long for them to do anything about it now, UNLESS he can prove that it wasn’t him. How is he supposed to prove it??? It’s not like we have a receipt or anything OBVIOUSLY. Yes, we are lucky that it was “only” $25. But it’s about the principle. Someone didn’t do their job and properly look into the issue and now we’ve paid the cost. I will be switching to Arvest.Also, I got an email from them today about how to dispute a charge. What an absolute joke.

Worst bank location, ever. Their policies change depending on whether they feel like helping you or not, apparently. We have closed our accounts and we will not be returning.

I have always loved the convenience of regions with their many locations, but I especially love the convenience of this location. You can get to it straight from Kroger, and being near the round about means you almost never get stuck in traffic trying to make it to the bank on time. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and i personally have never had to wait very long for any service I needed. They are very straight forward and helpful when applying for different loans and cards through their bank.

This bank needs to train their employees better. Seems as though they try to look for ways to NOT help the customer as opposed to HOW to help them.Go to another bank. Don’t waste your time.

Unhelpful employees. I showed up ten minutes before closing time, only to be told I could not receive a certified check nor could I receive cash needed that day. Regions seems awfully willing to take my money, but their customer service is horrible. Bank elsewhere if possible.

my husband and i stopped into this branch to resolve a banking issue. the line inside was long as it was friday and payday. we were not looking forward to the wait. thankfully, we had the pleasure of working with troy ealy. he not only resolved our issue in a favorable manner but he was efficient and super friendly. personality goes a long way and troy has it. this branch is lucky to have him!

Hate using this bank. Was accused of lying even when proved otherwise and was asked to pay a fee for cashing a check when I had an account with them. So glad to close put my account. Hope I never see Joshua again. Thankful I don't live here and have to see him anymore.
