Horrible service. I came in at 12:01 am for some drinks. Cashier was on the phone and I was told that they couldn't sell anything until 12:05. I won't be back. My family has had multiple negative encounters with this location. My wife was threatened with physical violence in one instance. Would recommend to no one.

I was with a friend she needed some gas so I went in to browse around chat with them so I decided I wanted to do a review very friendly respectful and asking her how things was going and she answered all my questions she really warm my heart with the beautiful smile they were busy but she took the time to talk to me I really appreciate that was very special to me

Wonderful service . Everyone had a great attitude and was at least coming to work every day and maintain there daily task to make me feel I'm in a positive convenient store.

Employees are not very helpful...outside smoking while there were customers waiting....not to mention night shift employees looked very dirty .....do not recommend

It is a shame, I filled up with fuel then saw the anti self protection sign posted. I will no longer be getting any fuel or anything from shell or road runner. Either remove the sign or get security since we are NOT allowed self protection!

They are friendly. The place us clean. Itnis fairly easy to get in and out of. But their hame egg and cheese biscuits are horrible. I just got 2. And threw them in the trash. I can make better biscuits with dirt. Shame on you guys. Do better.

Would you like to meet the rudest people in Arkansas definitely step in to this road runner gas station we stopped here twice and these people are absolutely the rudest people I've ever come in contact with my entire life.... The first experience here I had bought some water chips and other snacks the man ring me up spread my stuff out all over the counter and then just looked at me when it was time for me to gather my things gave me a go to hell look like it was my fault that he spread all my stuff out all over the counter. Second experience here was about 8:35 in the morning and needed to go to the restroom the man that was cleaning the woman's restroom was sweeping the floor and came around the corner and said ma'am it's going to be a while I said well I guess I could just pee here on the floor....... With no avail so we left and went to the restroom somewhere else glad I don't have to come to this establishment every day because I would surely lose my s *it .......

I only gave one star because zero stars was not possible. If you look through my reviews, you see that I don't do many and some of them are positive. I'm not one of those out-to-get-you types of reviewers. I am extremely disappointed with this business, however, because we desperately needed a place to stop for our students after a very late football game. My husband and I had personally been to this store weeks before to check it out in advance and we were told that yes, the store is open 24 hours and yes, our students would be welcome. When our bus pulled up, however, the clerk locked the door and refused to allow us to enter. We tried to call that night and again the next day and no one answered. While we were there we tried to communicate with the clerk who was inside by trying to speak with him through the glass door, but he refused to communicate with us. As our bus pulled away, I witnessed the clerk walk back to the door and unlock it. This is shameful, shameful, shameful. I want to commend the Love's store in Morrilton who readily accommodated us with utmost professionalism. I will be leaving a positive review for them. Warning to travelers - do not stop at this Road Runner store. They do not want your business.
