“I called on my way there and there was a 10 ft. box truck readily available for rental use as a one way. Now, the truck was gassed up and ready to drive, clean and the ac was cold. I was charged way more on my card as opposed to what I was told and I was told .46 a mile but when it came down to it, the final price per extra mile was $1.00. If I had to, I would rent another vehicle. The attendant, Matthew, was new and very pleasant.”

“I like the guys at Hilton they are always you know got a smile on their face even when I'm a nervous wreck cuz he's not a nervous wreck when you're moving right well and they still seem to keep a smile on their face I even went into the wrong truck to try to start it because you know I didn't read all of the numbers on on the key for the truck I just read like the first floor and I was like yeah that's it no it wasn't and I feel like a jackass you have to do a walk around looking like I'm doing these safety checks being all cool I wasn't cool at all I missed the main thing you know what I mean the right truck but anyways after getting over that you know everything's fine except for I went next door to get a storage unit and this is the second time now last time they had a lockout on my on my on my locker for my storage locker you know what I mean so I couldn't get my stuff in there that was back in May well now I've been renting this U-Haul truck for the last 5 days because the storage unit that's next door that has nothing to do with you all they forgot to give me the the key code you know to get into the to the gate so I'm sitting here with this truck until tomorrow so I had it all the way from Friday until today's Labor Day so I'll have it all the way till the 2nd so I've had it from the 29th to the 2nd of like 5 days so I've had to pay it for 5 days and I was really only wanting to rent it for one but I wasn't able to get into the fence so I actually extended it so I would have been done two days but then I realized I don't have I can't get in the gate no emergency number or anything but U-Haul guys the helton's I really appreciate them”
