Absolutely love this place! Every time I leave there I feel refreshed and highly satisfied with any look I get even if it is just a wash and style! I use Heather Story and she does an amazing job every time!

I brought in a photo of how I wanted my hair cut. It looks Nothing like the photo. I told her my hair was naturally wavy. She cut off all the back which that is fine, and I wanted the sides layered as well. Just miscommunication on my part.

So I had my first visit to salon Bella my haircut by Brandi was fine it looks good but I had the worst eyebrow wax job ever by Shay. I honestly didn’t know a salon could do that bad of a job . There was wax left on my eyebrows, there was no arch to my eyebrows, no trimming of them with scissors, no waxing the middle of my eyebrows. It seriously didn’t even look like I had much done . I didn’t trust them to be able to fix it to say something so I went to my normal salon Salon West in Conway where they took care of me and fixed my eyebrows. Thank you Salon West !!!! I thought I’d try a different salon since Salon Bella was a little cheaper we’ll that’s what I get for thinking . I’ll never go back cost me 25.00 to do my eyebrows since I had to repay to have Salon West correct Salon Bella’s mess . I’m sorry I tried somewhere new I’ve always had a great experience with Salon West and should have just stuck with them . Brandi the hairstylist was really nice at Bella but I’m going to stick to my normal salon from now on and just pay a little more.

Brandi did an amazing job. I went in with a vague description of what I wanted, and Brandi gave me some of the prettiest highlights I have ever had. The eye brow waxing was also very well done, and she was just a nice person to be with throughout the appointment.Service: Hair highlighting

These girls are awesome!! I went in for a cut, color and style, and Brandi exceeded my expectations! I have very thick and curly hair that I cant seem to decide what to do with, she easily colored and styled my hair, there were no complication orr anything!! The work of the others girls is very impressive also, definitely give these ladies a go if you're looking for a good stylist!
