You can improve by having the correct weight of meat labeled. I weigh my meat for portioning and it's rarely as much as labeled. I'm looking at a pack of chicken breast labeled for 6.22lb and when weighed it comes to 5lb 10oz.

I will not be returning to the Conway Sams club until they get their stuff together. The last 3 trips I have made, I have went home with expired product! The first 2 times I blamed myself for not paying closer attention. But this 3rd time I can not take the blame for. I spent $500 today! I made sure to check the majority of my items because of the issue in the past but with $500 worth of groceries it is hard to check every single item. I get home and unload everything open the boxes and put stuff in the fridge and pantry to find out a LARGE chunk of the items I purchased were several days EXPIRED when we went to eat them! You can not sell expired product! But I also shouldn’t have to worry and check every item when grocery shopping. Also several items that expired within days. How can you buy in bulk when they expired within days?

I was assaulted by one of the shoppers inside the Sams club store. I was not hurt but I was in fear, by his actions and words that he intended on hurting me. I used my shopping cart to keep him away off of me. I told the staff, and they called the police for me. In short, the police said it was a civil matter and I would have to take him to court. I notified the managers and asked them to look at the video which showed the incident. After weeks of excuses, they finally looked at the video and said and they would do nothing to keep this person out of the store. I am giving people fair warning. Your safety is in your own hands.

We had a dead battery after shopping on a Saturday at Sam’s. The mechanics came out and tested the battery and helped us get it in the bay. Our car requires taking out part of the exhaust system to change the battery. They took care of everything and were very professional.

My husband and I went to Sam’s in Conway about 9:30 this morning. (We are Seniors and only shop early because of COVID and trying to avoid crowds). Picked up about $100 worth of stuff. Lady at register said we had to pay an extra $10 because we were checking out before 10:00. Called a manager and she said we had to pay and extra $10 for shopping early. Are you kidding me? You are doing this to your customers during a pandemic??? What a joke. We left our stuff and came home. You are sorry Sam’s Club.

membership should have a privilege, used to Sam's was a discount store, 4.98 lb for baby back ribs on a holiday weekend is the highest price in Conway. that's ridiculous price gouging and I'm considering canceling my membership

Love the Sam's club. The meat department is great. Always good quality and lots of choices. Not a fan of self checkout though.

Today I go to this samsclub. I went in to buy pizza and the hotdog the woman sold me was rude. She puts the pizza in the box and throws it to me like I buy free or her food for me. It's only morning, not afternoon but she must be tired and the same attitude towards me. . i was very polite all the time pls, thanks to her. she sees me as Asian so distinguish me ??? Thanks

While I love this Sams, its the cleanest and most organized in the area, raw rotisserie chicken is not acceptable. and the store refuses to help unless I drive 25 min back to the store. super frustrating to say the least.

Just experienced a bait and switch. I was sold an item held in the cage. There were 4 or more cards in the display showing the item was available. Paid for the item and was told there were none. They have my money with in seconds and now I am told I will get a refund. I am still waiting on a refund earlier in the week. Now I have no money to purchase it else where. Not a good customer experience.
